I flashed a wrong BIOS on my MB, (MB is Matsonic MS7112C, BIOS is for the MS7127C motherboard...), so now my PC won't start, I just can't do anything with it. I've tried to remove the battery, tried to short the cmos clear jumper...nothing. How long should the battery stay off? Anybody?

You dont need a new motherboard all you need is a bios chip form another motherbord the same.
take out the bios and put it in your machine start up your machine then remove the bios and replacewith your your bios.(do not switch off the pc) Then flash your bios with the correct software. Or you could just buy a new bios.
There are loads of sites selling bios chips
cost around $10.
