After i installed my new video card.. everytime i right click and go to properties.. and...it says..
AN error occured while windows was working with the control panel file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DESK.CPL
and i cant get into properties
The video card works properly and its own install panel works good. but i just cant get into properties.. and its driving me nuts!..
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE tell me how to fix this problem.. thanks again.
