Running W2K Pro.
I am getting these types of messages:
Explorer.exe has problems and will create an error.log, then it cloese out and my screen background comes up with the "Do you want to restore your active desktop?"
Also, my emails and my photoshop program closes out when I do certain commands.
email problem: when I click on a file to attach it to my email.
photoshop problem: I try to "save as" and the program closes out.
I ran Norton Antivirus and no viruses were found.
What should I do other than reinstalling the OS from scratch?
