When I reboot or turn on my computer. My computer comes up at the end of boot cycle both local disk (C) and also local disk (D). What causes this? Also how do I remove it? Everything works fine after I close out of both of them !

That can be an annoying problem, run MSconfig and see what programs are starting up at boot, look for anything out of the ordinary that might try to access a drive or drives directly. |
