None of my joysticks show up in the main part of the "Gaming Options" control panel. They are shown in the second part of it (After clicking the right tab), but I am unable to calibrate them. I have tried replacing the joy.cpl with one I found in a Win98xx.cab file on the Win98 CD. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Check your joystick/midi controller on the sound card make sure the drivers for it are installed properly.

That's not the problem. The joysticks are USB, and I've already tried reinstalling them.
