I have the same problem as Sue C in her earlier post but my OS is Win95 and the problem file is
I tried all the suggestions posted by Cecil and Win but was unable to find the exact file.The closest matching file I could find was"MegaPhon.INI".
Cecil mentioned the possiablity of finding it somewhere else if Sue couldnt locate it.Would you mind sharing that info with me?Thanxz in advance.

If you have deleted this MegaPhon program then go ahead and delete the MegaPhon.ini. It's just taking up space.
Try going to SYSTEM.INI again and use the search feature. An entry can easely be missed. If your sure it's not in the system.ini, then go to RUN in the START MENU and type in REGEDIT, press ok. Make sure you do a search here. Just delete the entry when it's found.

in regard to this problem, i would suggest using the scanreg /restore command from the safe mode command prompt as this will restore a copy of the previous known good registry and will definitely give u an alternative to reinstall the OS
