Ive got a epson 1250 scanner, and since installing xp pro ive found it will not scan to e mail,it worked great with windows me..Now ive gone to use it this morning and it says file opening error,then this program will shut down,then the usual send report to microsoft message.I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the latest ones to no effect,i have also uninstalled the epson smart panel and re installed it,also to no effect,i can still use the scanner by using the get photo's from scanner utility in windows,but it would be nice to use the buttons on the front.Hope you can help...Lee. |

Fixed most of the probs by updating the smart panel software...but i still cannot use the buttons on the front, i keep getting the message file.exe has encountered a problem and must close..so as you can see im better than i was 2 hours ago ,but still some ways to go.See ya |
