MSBB Invalid Page Fault

After Windows 98 has been loaded and I have all icons on a Program called Direct CD trys to load and I get the following error message:
MSBB caused an Invalid Page Fault in module MSBB.EXE at 017f:004013ab.
Registers:
EAX=00000000 cs=017f
EIP=004013ab EFLGS=00010206
EBX=00000000
ECX=01564ca0
EDX=01564c9c, This continues for a couple pages of numbers as shown above. Finally at the end I get the folliwng:
Can not start Directory c:\Back Web\Data\not found.

The software DirectCD is used by a cd burner. You don't really need it running. You can try and reinstall the software for your cd burner or remove the entry in msconfig. Go to the START MENU and click on RUN. Type MSCONFIG and click on OK. When the msconfig window appears, click on the STARTUP tab at the top. Just uncheck the DirectCD entry and click on OK. You will be prompted to restart the computer. Go ahead and do so.
