Anyone know why my PC won't install the Office2K SP3 software? It gets to the point where it finishes downloading the files and installs the update, but it just sits there with the graphic where the file flies form folder to another folder but the percentage scale does not move past 0.
When I stop it and start again, it gives me a message that Office Hotifx is already running and I should wait till it finishes. I have left this thing running for 2 hours and it never went past 0 percent.

I have had trouble installing the service pack on all of my computers. I have ended up unistalling Office, reinstalling Office, and then installing the service pack and it worked great. I would set aside some time to do this because it takes a while, especially over dial-up 56K. |
