I recently switched from Word 97 to 2002.While working in Word 2002 I get a message"abnormal runtime error" at which point it dumps me.Sometimes saving my work ,sometimes dumpimg it to.How do I solve this??

Have you tried downloading the service packs from the Microsoft website?
