Hi
I have sent folders of photos by email before by clicking the "email this file" under file and folder tasks. Previously a box would come up with a "make my pictures smalller" check box and I could check it and then the email opens. This has disappeared and now when I hit "email this file" it goes straight to email without the option to shrink. How can I get this back?
Thanks
Brian

We'll need to know what your email program is, first of all.

Louise, I have Windows XP pro and outlook exp 6.
My pictures are filled in My documents, pictures, wedding, and the file name is casey3.jpg.
When I got to my computer and to the above folder and file, rt click on the "FILE", click on send to , iget the drop down window "send pictur via e-mail"
Then the selection to either make picture smaller or leave it in it's original size.
Hope this helps. bob a
