During login on a Windows 2000 server, I am getting this error message: The title bar says 'spoolsv.exe' and the message says: 'The procedure entry point GetJobA could not be found in the dynamic link library spoolSS.dll'. Can anyone help me determine the cause of this? |

Haven't seen any spool errors for a while, a couple of things to check are...
A:Make sure spoolsv.exe and spoolss.dll are not corrupt or are of the most recent version.
B:Make sure that JOBA actually exists and that some software program/virus isn't trying to gain control via shared printing exploit. |

I can check for corruption of the files, but how do I check to see that JobA actually exists? |

I checked on the files being corrupt and they are not. |
