Can't save attachments to folder from...

Whenever I get an email attachment and I try to save it to a folder, I get this error message from outlook:

Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Can't find this file. Make sure the path & file name are correct.

This message only started appearing after I upgraded to WinXP Pro and reinstalled OUTLOOK. It may be a setting that I need to check off.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
