I am getting an error "Error Creating Object in Quarantine, Re-install NAV. Does anyone know how to fix this error without un-installing and re-installing the program.

Which version of NAV are you using. The common fix seems to be:
1. Uninstall NAV; click yes if you are prompted whether to delete
items in Quarantine.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Delete the NAV folder if it still exists.
4. Delete the virus definitions folder.
5. Reinstall NAV.
