It happened after I run Norton. I still can restart with Ctr+Alt+Del option.

I have another problem with that PC, but I already lost hope that anyone will help me with that, because even ISP people didnt know why my Internet connection wont work on that system. We run 4PC's on the same cable and till yesterday everything were working fine till, as I said I run virus scaning program, now, one of the 4PCs wont connect to the internet or shutdown/restart from the start menu.
Any suggestions on what might be happening?
