I have Windows XP, and just recently, whenever I reboot, it only shows my wallpaper. Just my wallpaper. Nothing else, no icons, no tool bar, NOTHING.
Can someone help me please??
Ten cents goes to whoever can help me!

A lot of virus's can cause this most notably is Magistr. Which in most cases such as yours since nothing comes up as far as tools or icons even in safe mode the best way to get rid of such infections is to format and reload your operating system.
