I get the following message after I reboot:

FTRICHEDITRL.Dll is linked to missing MFc42.DLL:6729.

I realize that is is a windows problem. My operating system that I am currently running is Windows 98. Do I have to reinstall Windows 98 again, whole thing, or can I choose the option to reinstall only those files that are mising?

I would appreciate it very greatly, if someone can get back to me ASAP, if deemed possible.

Thank you for your time and consederation!
Steve

Sorry for the bad news but,...you have the KAK virus. Update your anti-virus immediately and see if the update will correct your virus problem. If not contact your anti-virus software people and see if they will help. Otherwise it is the ole format reload. Good luck...

A lttle thought regarding this. Though it is impossible to be virtually protected from all virus's, updating your antivirus once a week will better your chances of not getting stung.
