Hi! I'm trying to make a CD and I want my first page (index) to come up automatically when the CD is put into the computer. I know I have to create an autorun info page, but I don't know what to program in to get the index to come up automatically. I tried open=index.html, but it doesn't work. Can you please help me?!!!

I am afraid that I am unfamiliar with Netscape and, therefore, cannot help you with that browser.

If you are intending the file to be launched with MS Internet Explorer try

Iexplore index.html.

Presumably there is a similar command for Netscape.

Try this

Open = "index.html"

or

Open = "index.html" /max (for maximizing the window)

These will work if your index.html file is in the root folder of your CD.

If it was in the \autorun folder, then use

open = "\autorun\index.html"

Remember, autorun.inf is essentially a DOS batch file and does not support four letter extensions. To support them, the path and file name must be in quotes. Its been a while since I have done this, but I am sure about the path name in quotes.
