Hey I set up my computer and it seemed to be working fine, until I installed DirectX 7.0 over the DirectX 6.1 I had there previously. It seems my video card doesn't like these drivers, so is there any way to revert back to 6.1? DirectX isn't appearing in Add/Remove programs like it usually does... do I have to manually copy the older driver files over the newer ones? Thanks! |

I think Shep has a program called DxUn12.exe which is a 690kb download and automates this process for you. Try this link http://www.crosswinds.net/~sheptech/directx.htm |
