My website was set up with frontpage extensions and was working great until I decided to clean up files and redo the entire site - now I get an error message that tells me my site is not equipped with the extensions. The support at my host doesn't ever reply to questions, so I'm coming here. If I have another site that is working right with the extensions, can I copy any files from the "working" site to the "not-working" site and get the "not-working" site to recognize the extensions? If so, which files should I copy? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. |

The web hosting company is the only one that can do this. Rag and nag on them repeatedly. If this is your domain and not just space on your ISP, I'd find a new host. |

Thanks Trish! It is my domain and unfortunately the support from my host sucks. Plus I got a great deal by paying a year in advance, so I'm stuck with them. So anyone shopping for hosting, rememer that: www.whhq sucks!!!! They give no support, they answer no emails, the return no calls. |
