How does one run setup (for win98se) to only overlay possible corrupted system files.

You can check the system files in System Info, which is in System Tools in Accessories. It is in the Tools menu.

Config.msi hidden file, takes up 806MB. Do i have to keep all of the files in this folder? I could use the space! Need some help on this, MS has not answered, nor can I find an answer.
