I just got a book on tape and I am wondering if there is a program that I can use to transfer it to CD-R as an AUDIO CD?

Can I connect my walkman to to my soundcard? I only have a mic input, not the audio inputs like on a stereo system.

Thanks,
Jerold

Mic input will work OK for voice with a little
trial 'n error.
Creative Labs, ESS, &c., have recorders
available that work with thier sound card
inputs. W9x Sound Recorder *can* be tricked
into recording 15 or more mins of audio,
but it is *Very* slow! Mmm... Sonique has a
"Line In" option and also a "WAV DiskWriter"
option...
Just DnD the file to your burner. For making
*.MP3's, I prefer AudioActive in 'Doze and
CubicPlayer in DOS.
HTH:-)
