I'm running a FIC 503+ with a AMD 350 with 96MG unmatching RAM sticks. When the two sticks are plugged in together, the system registery goes nuts. Anybody ever heard of this?

yes. on my system. 256megs in fact on a pa-2013. i had to pair the sticks with a speed of -6 128megs (2 each) or it wouldn't work. picky motherboard. took it to medialand to get it right. they tried different combos and had problems until the above solution was tried. they told me that they'd check with fic on the specs as this board has very little tolerance.

The 503 will run any memory at 66mhz or AGP bus. Only pc100 memory that I found to work is Viking and Mushkin matched pairs and sometimes Samsung.

Im running a AMD k6-II on the va-503+ motherboard.

When im loading windows, the serial mouse will not respond. i believe it is Bios or the mouse but i tried on another system and worked fine. Then i tried to update the BIOS. Successful as it was, the serial ports would not work properly.

Any ideas?
