I have a problem starting windows. I'm trying to start using a startup disk. I start the computer with the startup disk in drive a. I then get the a prompt but I don't know what to do next. |

If your getting to the a prompt then the boot disk is doing its job. This is actually the first step in reinstalling windows. If your having problems with windows then maybe there is another way of fixing it. If you can post another message and then describe what's going on with windows maybe we could help you. |
