I cannot copy on floppy unid, when I tried to do it the system fail, but also its read the diskette and I can copy from it to the hard disk, so I don't know what to do?

----------------------------------------------------

My computer do not recognice the printer , the wire is ok and well conected and everyting it's seen good unless when I print any document. The printer works fine in a lapto and also under MS-DOS, so I don't know what's going on here maybe it's somethig on Windows 98, but what!!

For your floppy disk make sure it's not write protected. If you turn the disk on it's back side and look in the upper left hand corner you will see a switch that can move up and down. If the switch is up then it's write protected.

Now for your printer. See if you can get to the manufacturers web site and download the absolute latest drivers. (specifically for win98 if possible) Then remove all other instances of that printer in the print manager. Next install the drivers. (hopefully there is just a setup option.) hope this helps.
