I decided to sell my hp8100i and buy a new cd-rewriter. Im having problems and not satisfied with hp8100i. I can,t burn everything I want. The performance is not good as it should be. It doesn,t support overburning or 80mins cds and Im having problems with other software other than adaptec's. Even after a clean installation having problems with Nero or others. It doesn,t matter scsi or ide and money is not the point I just wanna buy the BEST one on the market, which will meet my requests. Will you please suggest me a real good Cd-ReWriters. Thanks in advance. |

Get one with plenty of onboard cache. 2 Mb or more if you can find it. See: http://www.anandtech.com/ and: http://www.tomshardware.com/ for reviews on cd-rw drives. |
