My Creative TnT2 3d Blaster will install, but after the restart my screen turns blank. All my drivers and Cmos settings are correct. It worked until I reformatted, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the AGP drivers for my FIC pa2013 motherboard. I've installed those and it is still messed up. Please help me I'm desperate, Creative nor FIC will answer me. |

First thing I would do is, reinstall your old video card. If that works, then you know you have some type of conflict between your video card and mobo. Check your sytem properties for any kind of conflicts (right click My Computer, left click properties, second tab, near the bottom, examine the System Device and Video Card areas). Next what I would do is 1) make a bootable floppy, 2) download latest drivers for your TNT and 3) check your mobo manufacturer for a bios flash. Copy the bios flash (if there is one) onto a bootable floppy. Then, install your TNT card, using the latest drivers, not the ones off the CD. Reboot computer. If computer boots up fine, no problems. Otherwise, boot up off floppy and flash bios. Reboot. If computer boots up fine, no problems. Otherwise, uninstall TNT. |
