The answer is no. The only way to burn a dvd is with a dvd burner. they'll cost you about $600. It's still a little high right now.

There is absolutely no such thing as a $600 DVD burner.Try a Pioneer $8000 DVD burner,which involves decoding software,can only store 10gig's of data,(most dvd's hold 15gig's.)
