the left shift key on my thinkpad popped out, presumably after being hit with a toy by my kid. it now moves freely as if attached by some type of hinge at the bottom of the button, and if pressed very hard and in just the right spot,it sometimes works.it is no longer on warranty, so i'd really like to be able to fix it myself. i used to be able to fix my desktop's keyboard myself by just popping another one out to see how it worked, but these laptops are a different breed of animal(translation- the darn thing's so expensive, i'm scared that i'd ruin another key). if there is anyone out there who has had a similar problem or knows where i can go to get help, i'd be grateful for any info i can get. thanks in advance.
