Difference between mobo socket 478+47...

What's the diff in socket 478+478b? Can I run a socket 478 instead and use a 2.2 celeron in it with no probs?

If you are referring to P4 B Cpus (Northwood Core)Check the motherboards CPU processor support page. As a general rule if the 2.2GHZ P4 is supported the same speed Celeron should work just fine (albeit with diminished performance)
