Hi! I would like to express gratitude to anybody willing to help: System Specs: XP Pro, 1GB PC3300 DDR, 80GB 7200RPM, Athlon XP 3300+, Chaintech 7NIL MB, Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX External Sound Card, Wireless Logitech Keyboard, BOse Headphones, Creative Speakers Problem: While typing, the sound has frequent "blips." NOT A MEMORY ISSUE. I believed at first that this was an issue with the wireless keyboard interfering with the speaker cables but have recently had the problem with the headphones attached also, whose wires are safely out of the way. The music is great when I do not touch any of the input devices, stutters upon typing or using the scroll of the mouse. The Memory information for the computer seems great, spyware free, virus free. Is it a problem with the wireless frequencies causing problems with the sound card (which is external and has a remote receiver built in - although signal is not registered from keyboard). Could it be a motherboard issue? Could it be a USB issue (Sound card connected via USB2.0 to directly to On-Board USB port. I am a fairly advanced computer user and have tried many things. I was going to wrap the speaker wires in rubber tape to reduce interference however I not do not believe this is the problem. Please help! James Crosson NYY96@aol.com AIM: NYY96 |

Probably USB related, try a standard PS2 keyboard and mouse to verify assuming the wireless KB is USB. |
