These are the numbers off the top of the parallel and serial and video ports.. 560AE14319136. I need to find the manfacturer to install the drivers for the video portion and also the network card (built-in). THanks,

That would be the serial number and not much can be found out with it.
The Bios startup screen should have some info regarding Bios version at the bottom right hand corner of the screen at startup use the Pause Break key when this appears to halt the process, jot it down and than list your findings back here.

The chipset is SIS7305
You can find current drivers at www.sis.com.tw

The video uses the 630/730 series driver.
