I recently bought a surround sound system for my computer. What i didnt know is that my computer does not have the 3 audio ports nessesary in order to get all the speakers working.

Is there anyway i can run Surround sound through the one audio port, eg. an adapter or something? without purchasing a whole new Sound Card?

Cheers

Probably not without patching all the cables into the left and right channels which would only get you really big Stereo sound and not surround sound. Your best bet would be to purchase a 6 channel Cmedia card, they start about $15.00 and are available now in hi-definition audio for about $20.00
