I purchased the 8KRAIPRO board from TigerDirect back in mid May, and finally got the parts I wanted to put the system together:
Sempron 3300+, 768MB PC2700 DDR, 200GB SATA1 drive, and a 80GB ATA133 drive with 2 optical drive.

Everything went great, and I love the system, but it seems like none of the 4 rear USB ports or the two front panel ports are working at all. If I use the mouse in USB mode, it would light up on boot, but once it hits the windows screen, the light would go off. I am now using the USB-PS2 connector and so the PS2 ports are working.

I left it on for a few days, and finally decided to turn it off, and that is when I discovered something funny. The system, although turned off, is still powering up the mouse through the PS2 port. Even a "golf ball" USB extension I have indicated power to it.

I suspect a short in the circuitry somewhere, and trying to get an RMA. Anyone has any experience with things like this, and has any idea how I can go about to ascertain the error?

Thanks in advance!
