I have an XP Pro Gateway desktop model PERFORMANCE P4-1500, Serial Number 0023861326 with a Gateway / Intel Monterrey 4000762 motherboard which will not power up - NO fans, no post, nothing except the green light on the board. Power supply checks good with tester when outside the pc. I even tried a new power supply. A known good power button and wiring has been used to bypass the onboard wiring. I replaced the CPU, the CPU fan, and the motherboard with a "tested, working" eBay purchase and have the same results. Disconnected everything (including RD-RAM) except ps and mb and it's still the same results. Am I looking at a second bad CPU, CPU fan and mb?
